Sleep Time

This is me sleeping in the big person bed.

Dude, I'm trying to sleep. Get your camera out of here.

I like the weekends. I get to sleep in with Mom & Dad.

Some Moments at the Mountain House

Hanging out with Linda T. and Mom at
the mountain house in the weekend following
our Seattle trip. Check out the McCormack
toes. I could hang from the ceiling with these
things.

Doing my best Dr. Evil impression while
being Retro 70's comfy in the porch hammock,
made all the nicer with this leopard fur cloth.

Got Jesus?

So here I am at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic
Church to get my baptism on . . . . The lovely lady on
my left is my godmother and my mother's best friend,
Cheryl. They have dressed me up in a ridiculous white
outfit. I'm trying to sleep through the whole thing.

Here I am suspended over the baptismal font with Mom,
Dad and the priest looking over everything. I was
anointed with some holy oil which made me smell
nice and sandalwood-sy for three whole days.

More of Mom's Seattle picks (and pics)

An intimate shot at the hotel.

Flying around on Mom's knees. They have
to entertain me somehow on the off-hours.

Me and Dad in front of our window at the
hotel. Great view. Great dad. Posted by Picasa

Seattle: Mom's choice of pics

Here I am with Mom's cousin, Amanda, at a
park near Greenlake.

Based on the previous post, think maybe
Dad skipped out on most Seattle events?
Of course not. Here he is hanging with me
on Bainbridge Island near the pier.

And here he is on the ferry.

Me with my parents' friend, Lori. She and
her husband, Mark, live in Tacoma, Wa.
They met Mom and Dad while everyone
was in graduate school in Chapel Hill. We
went to eat at Agua Verde, a place near
U-Dub visited by Rachel Ray when she did
her Forty Dollars a Day show in Seattle. I
didn't get to actually eat, unfortunately. I
hear it was delicious. Posted by Picasa

My Photo Shoot

One of the perks of going to Seattle was meeting my cousin Amanda, who just happens to be a children's photographer.

This is me, working the camera.

Later this Fall I'll see Amanda again when she gets married in Mississippi.

More Seattle

This is on the ferry ride back.

Here's me and Mom at dinner in my stylish new jacket.

Yeah, that's right, I OWN this town.

Dylan's First Ferry Ride

So we took a ferry ride to Bainbridge Island...

...at first the ferry ride was cool...

...but then I made a big mess. Posted by Picasa

Dylan Does Seattle

This is me at the top of the Space Needle overlooking Seattle. I don't remember this part.

As you can tell, I was feeling a little jet-lagged.

Seattle was very nice, or so I was told. Posted by Picasa

A Visit To Pike's Market In Seattle

This is me and mom at the Pike Place Fish Market -- the famous place where they throw the fish at the customers. I didn't catch anything.

This is mom and me at the market, drinking coffee from the original Starbuck's.

The Space Needle.

It was hot. This is me in my desert garb. Posted by Picasa
